Formal application for submission of Lease Documents duly stamped from the Treasury Office.

Application for prior approval of Chairman – Kandla Port Trust on behalf of the Government of India for Transfer/Assignment of interest in Leasehold of land at Gandhidham. (to be submitted to Chairman, Kandla Port Trust through The Sindhu Resettlement Corporation Ltd.)
Cash/Demand Draft for Rs.750/- per plot in favour of S.R.C. Ltd. Adipur towards processing fee.
Ground Rent to be paid to the Talati Government Revenue Department.
Certified Xerox copy of the General Power of Attorney, if any executed by the Lessee.

Loan Sanction Letter from Financial Institution.

PROCEDURE TO BE ADOPTED FOR MUTATION OF PLOT/HOUSE PROPERTY IN FAVOUR OF LEGAL HEIR(S)
Formal application on plain paper.
Affidavit to be executed by applicant legal heir of the deceased.
Affidavit-cum-Consent – to be executed by all the legal heirs of deceased, all married, unmarried daughters, sons & wife of the deceased.
Indemnity Bond for mutation of plot.
Declaration to be executed by the applicant legal heir of the deceased.
Certified Xerox copy of death certificate of the deceased allottee/owner and legal heir(s) who is/are not alive, duly certified by Notary or Class I Gazetted Officer.
Certificate about knowledge of family members of deceased allottee/owner.
Declaration form about change of address – if necessary.
Specimen signature of applicant legal heir of the deceased.
